To Our Veterans Who Served and made a Difference in our Country and in the World

Serving in the military comes in all sizes and shapes of commitment.  We say we have a voluntary military force but that doesn't complete the larger picture of what it means to answer 'the call to serve'.  Even the word sacrifice takes on a fuller meaning.  To serve or sacrifice for one's country involves more than just one ... it involves parents, wives, husbands, children, extended family, friends, left behind employers, even the people who don't know of that 'one' and the work they are performing.  It affects so many as done by so few.   At this time of remembrance on this November 11 - Veterans Day, please give thanks and a hug to those who have served for us.
